Returns and Exchanges
We thank you for purchasing from us at Flogging it & Bogging it.
Our return policy is you have 14 days after receiving
your item to request a return/exchange of product.
For your return to be accepted, it must be in the same
condition to when you received it. Tag still attached This means it is unworn/unused. A proof of purchase is also required,
this being your order number.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will not be given if customer has changed their mind on item or purchased the incorrect size. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size was sent.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS
To begin the return process, you can send us an email to Floggingit.boggingit@gmail.com
You'll be notified via email if your return has been
accepted to which you will receive instructions on how
and where to send the item/s you are returning.
We will not accept returns that are sent to us without
being requested or approved first, therefore your
refund/exchange will not be processed.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own
shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you
receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue. If we are not contacted within 14 days we are not responsible for the issues or damages.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to
return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We may not have your exchange size/style in
stock, this may cause delays in your return. You
will be notified if this is the case.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns
about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and accessories
